tablespoon Dijon mustard
cup balsamic vinegar
cup good quality olive oil
tablespoons your favorite hummus (I used roasted garlic)
cracked black pepper to taste
- In a bowl whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, and balsamic vinegar.
