Author Notes: In an effort to save time (and energy) this pudding can be a quick breakfast or snack. Loaded with antioxidants and protein to fuel your day! handsandforks

Serves: 1


  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 scoop favorite vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • splash almond milk
  1. Blend base ingredients together. Add more of less almond milk depending on preferred thickness.


  • bee pollen
  • 1 strawberry
  • cacao nibs
  • fig granola
  1. Top with whatever your taste buds are in the mood for and devour!
