Smoothies are a great way to add nutrients into your diet. This drink is packed with iron, probiotics, and potassium. It will give you tons of energy. Best as a preworkout or for that 3o'clock slump!


Serves: 2

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple + juice
  • 1 tablespoon Moringa
  • 1/4 cup coconut kefir
  • 1/3 frozen banana
  • 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • handful of ice cubes (roughly 5)
  1. Blend ingredients in a high speed blender and serve.
