It might sound like a weird combo but they turn out as these beautifully spiced, chewy snack bars that taste divine when smothered with your favourite dark or raw chocolate – perfect for when you’re in the mood for a chocolatey treat! —Madeleine Shaw

Sweet potato, peeled & steamed

4 tablespoons
Tahini

250 grams
Dates, pitted

100 grams
Porridge Oats

2 tablespoons
Cacao nibs

1 tablespoon
Honey

1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon
All Spice

3 tablespoons
Coconut Oil

150 grams
Dark Chocolate

Orange, zest
Directions

Blend everything together apart from the chocolate and orange zest until fully combined

Pour into a lined baking tray and freeze for 2 hours, remove and cover in melted chocolate and orange zest to decorate
