Grilled Peaches with Brown Sugar and Honey

While peaches are in season you must try grilling them, if you haven't already. Fresh, juicy peaches lightly coated in brown sugar, grilled and then drizzled with honey are a light and delicious treat. —The Enchanted Cook

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 4 medium peaches, halved
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar
  • honey, for drizzling
Directions
  1. Heat Grill to Medium High
  2. Cut peaches in half and remove pit from each. Discard pit. Coat peach halves in butter and sprinkle brown sugar on all sides. Grill for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and drizzle honey over peaches before serving.
