What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 110 grams plain flour
  • 55 grams 100% high quality cocoa powder
  • 200 grams coconut sugar
  • 135 grams dairy free spread, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste, or extract
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 150 °C
  2. Empty the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl and mix with a spoon
  3. In the same bowl, add the eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until evenly combined
  4. Slowly pour in the melted butter and whisk until a smooth batter forms
  5. Pour the finished mixture into a lined cake or pie tin, and pop into the oven for 25 minutes
  6. Allow to cool slightly before tucking in. Serve warm with non dairy Swedish Glace*, or let it chill in the fridge (my favourite option!)

I could not see eggs and salt on the ingredient list while they are being used in the recipe??
