Author Notes: A perfect frosty start to an energized morning! There is so much nutrition in every ingredient, protein from cashews, nut milk hemp; antioxidants from cocoa powder and cacao nibs; healthy fats and fiber from the avocado. And so easy to put together. —Green Smoothie Gourmet
- 1 .5 cups raw cashews
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1 cup medjool dates, soaked and pitted
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons Hemp protein powder
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
- Blend in a blender, chill, top with fruits and chocolate sauce, and enjoy!
