  • 133 grams Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Corn Syrup
  • Pinch Salt
  • 6 grams Corn Starch
  • 4 grams Dried Milk Powder
  • 3 grams Cremodan 30 Ice Cream Stabilizer
  • 56 grams Cream Cheese
