- 20 grams Trahana Pasta
- 500 milliliters Water
- 50 grams fresh cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Boil water and add trahana pasta stirring constantly. This will prevent it from forming big lumps.
- Add Olive oil and reduce heat to medium.
- Simmer for approximately 10 min. and turn of the stove. Let it rest for another 10 min on the stove with the lid half open.
