Author Notes: A traditional Greek dish for those who love carbs!joanna

Serves: 2

  • 20 grams Trahana Pasta
  • 500 milliliters Water
  • 50 grams fresh cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  1. Boil water and add trahana pasta stirring constantly. This will prevent it from forming big lumps.
  2. Add Olive oil and reduce heat to medium.
  3. Simmer for approximately 10 min. and turn of the stove. Let it rest for another 10 min on the stove with the lid half open.
