Overnight oats

  • Makes 1 bowl
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
In This Recipe
  1. Pour into a jar the oatmeal, flax and chia seeds and add the almond milk. Mix the preparation and add the tablespoon of maple syrup and re-mix.
  2. Place in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy in the morning.
