Makes 1 bowl
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Pour into a jar the oatmeal, flax and chia seeds and add the almond milk. Mix the preparation and add the tablespoon of maple syrup and re-mix.
- Place in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy in the morning.
