Bibigo's Cheesy Broccoli Tots with Go-Chu-Jang Hot & Sweet Sauce

Quick and easy side dish--perfect for upcoming holiday get-togethers! —Foodie

  • Serves 4
Ingredients
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 1/3 cup Panko
  • 3 tablespoons Sliced Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Bibigo Go-Chu-Jang Hot & Sweet Sauce

Directions
  1. Chop broccoli into bite size pieces.
  2. On a heated pan, fry panko and sliced almonds until crunchy and brown. Let it cool.
  3. Add oil on a heated pan, and fry broccoli for 1 minute.
  4. Layer broccoli with honey, then cover with the cooked panko and almonds
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and serve with Gochujang dipping sauce
