Parmesan Potato Wedges

Parmesan Wedges were something new on me to be honest, as I lazily watched Food Network of a Saturday afternoon.

It always amazes me how people can come up with new ways to recreate side dishes, yet the turn out so delicious.

This one is hardly a recipe at all, just cover it in some stuff and let the oven do the work. —FatLadFood

What You'll Need
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt& Pepper
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 200C/400F/Gas Mark 7.
  2. Chop up all of the potatoes into wedges, any size you like, its your party!
  3. Put into the oven and bake for 45mins.
