Just had some fennel and carrots in the fridge —Peppino
Ingredients

fennels

carrot

1 bunch
peppermint fresh

2 pinches
granular sea salt

2 tablespoons
olive oil extra vergine

cherry tomato
Directions

Slice fennel and tomato and pass the carrot through the big black carrot sharpener. Put the peppermint into the carrot flower.
Season with olive oil and granular salt
