Author Notes: Just had some fennel and carrots in the fridgePeppino

Serves: 1


  • 1 fennels
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bunch peppermint fresh
  • 2 pinches granular sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra vergine
  • 3 cherry tomato


  1. Slice fennel and tomato and pass the carrot through the big black carrot sharpener. Put the peppermint into the carrot flower. Season with olive oil and granular salt
