bunch fresh peppermint

- Grill the peperoni on all sides until they turn black burned. Wrap them in a old newspaper in order to cool gently wetting the newspaper for 3-5 minutes. This will help to peel them easily. Now remove the burned skin using your fingers.
- Cut them in half and eliminate the stem on the top and all seeds inside. Then slice all peperoni longitudinal in slim strips. The slimmer and the longer the better.
- This dish develops cold a nice and juicy flavour and the texture will surprise you. Salad or sandwiches, just simple and amazing.
