Fat Burning Green Smoothie

Serves: 1-2c

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Pulse until smooth.
