Author Notes: Monday mornings are hard enough without having to figure out a healthy, filling breakfast for my family every week. This granola is gluten-free and packed with protein from all the nuts and seeds. It's not too sweet and has a touch of cardamom for a unique flavor.Renee Lynn Frojo
