Author Notes: Easy no bake protein bites using green pea protein with chai and black sesame seeds. —Palouse Brand
- 3/4 cup hard white wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons green split pea flour
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 dash pink Himalayan salt
- Combine all ingredients in food processor until mixture is a crumbly and pasty consistency.
- Use a scoop to scoop out balls and roll in your favorite toppings such as unsweetened shredded coconut, coconut palm sugar, sesame seeds, chia seeds or your choice.
- Refrigerate until firm.
