No Bake Vegan Energy Bites

Easy no bake protein bites using green pea protein with chai and black sesame seeds. —Palouse Brand

  • Serves 18
Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup hard white wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons green split pea flour
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 dash pink Himalayan salt
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor until mixture is a crumbly and pasty consistency.
  2. Use a scoop to scoop out balls and roll in your favorite toppings such as unsweetened shredded coconut, coconut palm sugar, sesame seeds, chia seeds or your choice.
  3. Refrigerate until firm.
