Serves: 2

  • 12 Large Fresh Gulf Shrimp
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan, Fresh
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 pound Pasta
  1. Clean, butterfly then sauté shrimp on grill pan with garlic and olive oil.
  2. Prepare your favorite pasta, I use ravioli. Plate while hot, garnish with fresh chopped parsley and parm.
  3. Pan seared Asparagus was my side of choice , but certainly green beans would work here too.
