Large Fresh Gulf Shrimp
cup Grated Parmesan, Fresh
tablespoons Olive Oil
- Clean, butterfly then sauté shrimp on grill pan with garlic and olive oil.
- Prepare your favorite pasta, I use ravioli. Plate while hot, garnish with fresh chopped parsley and parm.
- Pan seared Asparagus was my side of choice , but certainly green beans would work here too.
