The tastiest alternative to coffee, this drink ticks almost all the health boxes while giving you a sustainable boost of energy. Wonderful cool or warm, this drink will be a joy year around. If you choose a high-quality ceremonial grade matcha, you'll get a dose of chlorophyll too! You can customize this recipe with adaptogens and different types of nut mylks endlessly. —Salinity

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 16 ounces almond mylk
  • 1 teaspoon matcha
  • 1 teaspoon maca (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon tocos (optional)
  • 1 date
Directions
  1. Measure all ingredients into blender. Blend at low speed for 30 seconds.
  2. To sip cool, pour over ice. To enjoy warm, pour into a saucepan on low/medium heat. Remove from heat before it boils and serve in your favorite mug!
