Ingredients
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
  • 2/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • 3 hot peppers seeded and chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. char and peel red pepper
  2. toast seeds and grind
  3. fry onion, garlic, and peppers 10-12 min. until nearly carmalized
  4. blend until smooth all ingredients.
