Why do so many of these recipes have a longwinded title before it has to cut off, and you don't know what the recipe is about? How about rewording these recipes like this: "Baby BAck Ribs from Daniel Mancini's of Miami"? The name still gets in the credits, but I knwo right away if I'm interested. The food is going to catch my eye more than the place or person. Lots of recipes on Food52 start with the name of the person or company, etc. And i often gloss over because I really don't care where they come from. Mostly I've never heard of these places anyway.
