Author Notes: A glaze for cookies, muffins, donuts & cakes using coconut butter as it's base. —Grace Cheng
Makes: 1/2 cup
cup Coconut butter
tablespoons Non-dairy milk
tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
cup Freeze dried fruit
- Melt the coconut butter with the non-dairy milk. You can microwave it for 10 seconds or put it over a bowl of hot water to let it naturally melt.
- Add honey.
- Mix well and glaze away!
