Vegan Glaze- with flavor variations

Author Notes: A glaze for cookies, muffins, donuts & cakes using coconut butter as it's base.Grace Cheng

Makes: 1/2 cup


  • 1/4 cup Coconut butter
  • 3-4 tablespoons Non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup Freeze dried fruit


  1. Melt the coconut butter with the non-dairy milk. You can microwave it for 10 seconds or put it over a bowl of hot water to let it naturally melt.
  2. Add honey.
  3. Mix well and glaze away!
