Aperitivo Frizzante

Test Kitchen-Approved

Author Notes:

Aperitivo, or a before-dinner drink, is an intrinsic part of life in Italy. Usually made with a bitter liqueur like amaro mixed with soda water or Prosecco, topped off with an orange twist, it's just the right thing for cocktail hour. For this version, I used Galliano L'Aperitivo.
