This was an ingredient marriage of convenience, but it really works! Late for a summer potluck, I didn't have the time to make an ice cream base, so just threw together lemon curd, buttermilk and some agave syrup. —oliveannie

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Buttermilk
  • 8 ounces Lemon curd
  • 1 tablespoon Agave syrup, or more to taste
Directions
  1. Combine 3 ingredients and prepare according to the instructions on your ice cream maker.
