a creamy 2-minute latte from all pantry ingredients. Tocos and collagen for glory skin, coconut butter for healthy fats, vanilla, cinnamon and date syrup because they taste damn good. —Anna

tocos

1 tablespoon
coconut butter

.5-1 tablespoons
collagen peptides (optional; I like vital proteins marine collagen)

2 teaspoons
date syrup, or other liquid sweetener

1 pinch
cinnamon

1 dash
vanilla extract

1 cup
hot, hot water

1 pinch
sea salt

1 pinch
ground turmeric

1 pinch
black pepper
Directions

add all ingredients to a high speed blender and run on high 1-2 minutes until frothy; alternatively, add all ingredients to a small saucepan, stir over high until just under simmering, and froth with an electric frother
