a creamy 2-minute latte from all pantry ingredients. Tocos and collagen for glory skin, coconut butter for healthy fats, vanilla, cinnamon and date syrup because they taste damn good. —Anna

  • Serves 1
  • 1 tablespoon tocos
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • .5-1 tablespoons collagen peptides (optional; I like vital proteins marine collagen)
  • 2 teaspoons date syrup, or other liquid sweetener
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • 1 cup hot, hot water
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch ground turmeric
  • 1 pinch black pepper

  1. add all ingredients to a high speed blender and run on high 1-2 minutes until frothy; alternatively, add all ingredients to a small saucepan, stir over high until just under simmering, and froth with an electric frother
