Serves 3 people
- 6 cups watermelon, chopped
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon dried or fresh rosemary, optional
- Place watermelon, lemon juice, water, and rosemary in a large blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Strain through a mesh strainer into a pitcher. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to a week. Enjoy!
