- 2/3 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup liquid coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons full fat canned coconut milk (the thick part)
- Simply add all of the ingredients to a blender until there are no chunks remaining.
