This is a paleo and dairy free smoothie with antioxidants from fresh or frozen fruit and healthy fat from coconut. —Alexa Federico

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup liquid coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons full fat canned coconut milk (the thick part)
Directions
  1. Simply add all of the ingredients to a blender until there are no chunks remaining.
