Ingredients

fresh or frozen pineapple

1/2 cup
fresh or frozen raspberries

1/2 cup
liquid coconut milk

2 tablespoons
full fat canned coconut milk (the thick part)
Directions

Simply add all of the ingredients to a blender until there are no chunks remaining.
