Lee Kum Kee Cucumber Mango Summer Salad

This salad is perfect for summer and the perfect side dish to bring to and Labor Day BBQ! —Foodie

  • Serves 4
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce
  • 4 ounces cucumbers (peeled and cut into 3/4" squares)
  • 1 ounce vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 ounce Thai basil
  • 1 mango (riped and peeled , cut into 1/2 squares)
  • 4 ounces mandarin orange segments
  • 4 ounces grape tomoatos
  • 4 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil Blended with Soybean Oil
  • 4 ounces Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce
In This Recipe
  1. In a bowl, whisk Chili Garlic Sauce, Plum Sauce and Sesame Oil. Add all ingredients. Toss and serve.
