Author Notes: This salad is perfect for summer and the perfect side dish to bring to and Labor Day BBQ! —Foodie
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- 4 ounces cucumbers (peeled and cut into 3/4" squares)
- 1 ounce vinegar or lime juice
- 1 ounce Thai basil
- 1 mango (riped and peeled , cut into 1/2 squares)
- 4 ounces mandarin orange segments
- 4 ounces grape tomoatos
- 4 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil Blended with Soybean Oil
- 4 ounces Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce
- In a bowl, whisk Chili Garlic Sauce, Plum Sauce and Sesame Oil. Add all ingredients. Toss and serve.
