A new refreshing summer cocktail from Santa Margherita's recent She Shed Event in Brooklyn! —Cocktail Gal

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Lillet Rose
  • 1/2 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce strawberry and rhubarb syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 1.5 ounces watermelon juice
Directions
  1. Shake and strain on ice and top with 2 oz. Santa Margherita Sparkling Rosé.
  2. Garnish with watermelon radish wheels.
