Author Notes

A Pimm's Cup is a classic British summertime drink. It typically has a low alcohol content so it can be sipped all day long. Instead, I added gin to up the amount of booze, which I thought you may be into. This simplified version is super easy to make and refreshing to drink in the summer or any time of the year. —Look Cook

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons gin
  • 3/4 cup ginger ale
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • a couple cucumber ribbons
  • a few ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup pimm's
Directions
  1. Use a vegetable peeler or mandoline to create the cucumber ribbons.
  2. Add the gin, ginger ale, and lemon juice to a highball glass or mason jar. Stir it all together, then add the cucumber ribbons and ice. Slowly pour the pimm's on top for an ombre effect and stir right before drinking.
