piece savoy cabbage head
tablespoon coconut oil
teaspoon ground black pepper
tablespoon linseed/flax seed
- Preheat the oven to 200C/390F.
- Wash the cabbage leaves and cut into small pieces.
- Place on a baking tray and sprinkle with the coconut oil, pepper and linseed.
- Bake for 20 minutes (until nice and crispy) then serve.
