- 1 Can Albacore Tuna
- 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 3 tablespoons dill, chopped fine
- 2 celery stalks, chopped fine
- 1 scallion, chopped fine
- salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients well in a bowl with a fork. Serve on crusty toasted bread with sliced tomato.
