pieces plums, stoned and chopped
milliliters coconut milk
pieces pitted dates
tablespoons maple syrup
piece Optional toppings: mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds and blueberry powder.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Freeze overnight.
