Author Notes: This quick and easy vanilla porridge recipe is our new favourite breakfast, do we always say that? It’s super easy to make, delicious, creamy and naturally sweet. You can play around with the toppings and use any mixture of your favourite nuts and fruits. We’ve gone for cranberries, nectarines, banana, walnuts and dried apricots and it was delicious.
