- 1 cup unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 apple
- 1/2 frozen Banana, chopped
- 1/2 cup low-fat Ricotta Cheese
- 1 tablespoon ground Flax seed
- 1 teaspoon pure Maple Syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon ground Cardamom
- Blend all ingredients in your 3 HP Omega blender until smooth and creamy
