If you're in need of a fall inspired smoothie to start off your morning or are craving a mid-day snack, look no further. This health-focused smoothie incorporates delicious maple and cinnamon flavors. You'll be making this creation all season long. —Omega

  • Serves 2
Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 frozen Banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup low-fat Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ground Flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground Cardamom
