Author Notes: Chikoo milkshake recipe / sapodilla milkshake - creamy and rich textured milkshake. —Ranjani
- ½ kg Sapota
- 5 tbsp Jaggery
- 1 cup Chilled Milk
- 1. Wash the sapota fruits, peel the skin and remove the seeds.
- 2. In a blender, add the cleaned chikoo fruits, jaggery and milk together. Process it and add more milk if needed.
- 3. Pour in serving glasses. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
