Chikoo milkshake recipe / sapodilla milkshake - creamy and rich textured milkshake.


Serves: 4

  • ½ kg Sapota
  • 5 tbsp Jaggery
  • 1 cup Chilled Milk
  1. 1. Wash the sapota fruits, peel the skin and remove the seeds.
  2. 2. In a blender, add the cleaned chikoo fruits, jaggery and milk together. Process it and add more milk if needed.
  3. 3. Pour in serving glasses. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
