Tofu Spread

Sunflower seeds

Watercress

Salt and pepper
Directions

Spread Tofu on to the crispbreads.

Add watercress, sunflower seeds and salt and pepper on top of the crispbreads.

Add the other piece on top as a sandwich lid.
