Ingredients
  • 2 pieces ripe bananas
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, mix bananas and sugar with fork until well blend. Add two eggs one by one in the mixture along with whisking it by a ballon whisk, then add oil and mix. In the mean time, preheat an oven to 170 degree celsius. After that, add the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, soda, salt) to the wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly with wooden spoon and add dash of lemon juice (this makes the loaf tender). In a medium sized loaf tin, pour down the mixture, give a good shake before putting the tin in the oven. Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes in 180 degree heat. After baked cool it down in wire rack.

Where are the rest of the ingredients for this recipe? The list shows only 2 "pieces" of banana, 1 cup of flour, and 1/2 cup of sugar.
The directions mention 2 eggs, so that quantity is obvious. However, it also mentions oil, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and a dash of lemon juice, but there are no amounts given for any of these, other than the "dash" of lemon juice.
This recipe needs some serious help!!

Thanks for filling in the blanks, to whomever posted this!
