This drink is perfect for staying home and getting your hygge on. Hot cider is infused with chai tea and spiked with rum to make the coziest of drinks. When developing this recipe, I found that ground spices float on top of the cider and whole spices take nearly an hour to impart their flavor. Infusing hot cider with tea bags eliminates these problems – you get all of the flavor in only 10 minutes. Also it's like 3 bucks to buy a box of tea vs. buying a bunch of spices you'll probably never use again. I love using chai because of the added cardamom, but you can try out other teas if that's not your thing. Anything with notes of cinnamon, vanilla, clove, etc. would be awesome in this. —Look Cook
