Serves: 4-5 toasts

  • 4-5 pieces sprouted-grain bread
  • 4-5 tablespoons orginal tofu spread
  • cucumber
  • carrot
  • cherry tomatoes
  • salad onion
  • olives
  • beans
  • pinches parsley microgreens
  1. Toast the bread and spread the tofu on each slice.
  2. Add the veggies on top of the toast.
  3. Tip: Make silly vegetable faces for the little ones. Ask your kid to help. It is a great way to get little ones creative at the table, and a fun way to sneak in vegetables.
