Serves 1 bagel
- 1 Bagel, toasted
- 2 tablespoons Orignal Tofu Spread
- 2-3 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Chives, chopped
- Black Pepper
- Lightly toast the bagel.
- Spread tofu spread evenly over bagel.
- Top with cherry tomato slices.
- Sprinkle with chives and season with salt and pepper.
- Tip: Make your own herb tofu spread by adding 1 Tbsp of finely chopped fresh herbs to the tofu spread. Replace red cherry tomatoes with heirloom or yellow and orange cherry tomatoes.
