Serves: 1 bagel

  • 1 Bagel, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons Orignal Tofu Spread
  • 2-3 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Chives, chopped
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  1. Lightly toast the bagel.
  2. Spread tofu spread evenly over bagel.
  3. Top with cherry tomato slices.
  4. Sprinkle with chives and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Tip: Make your own herb tofu spread by adding 1 Tbsp of finely chopped fresh herbs to the tofu spread. Replace red cherry tomatoes with heirloom or yellow and orange cherry tomatoes.
