Makes 1 large batch

  • 5 pounds Potatoes, peeled and cut
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lowry's Seasoned Salt
  1. Boil peeled and cut potatoes for 45 minutes or until soft.
  2. Add milk and mash with a potato masher at first, then once the potatoes are somewhat cohesive, add a little more milk and use a hand mixer to beat potatoes and milk together. Once they are almost at the desired consistency, add seasonings to taste and mix until desired consistency is reached.
