Spicy Grilled Lobster Tail

Serves: 4


  • 4 lobster
  • ½” Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste
In This Recipe


  1. Marinade lobster over night with Ginger, pepper and Chili powder
  2. Place lobster , Marinade, in frying pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until lobster are pink.
  3. Serve as a starter

I've got bad experience with raw ginger and raw prawns--makes them mushy to my experience.

innoabrd I don't think we always make this recipe we always buy the fresh water live lobster avoided frozen lobster
