lobster
½” Ginger
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1tsp chili powder
Salt to taste
Directions
Marinade lobster over night with Ginger, pepper and Chili powder
Place lobster , Marinade, in frying pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until lobster are pink.
Serve as a starter

I've got bad experience with raw ginger and raw prawns--makes them mushy to my experience.
