As much as I love a smoothie with tangy yogurt, this Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie is much more decadent. It tastes just like it sounds and is an easy treat for when you're feeling indulgent but don't have the time to bake!
If using frozen berries, cut back on the ice cubes and see how you like it. —Ashley B
Ingredients

2 cups
Fresh Strawberries (stem removed)

1/2 cup
Almond Milk

1/2 cup
Ricotta
-
1/4 cup
Cream Cheese

1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice

1 tablespoon
Sugar

Ice Cubes
-
2 tablespoons
Graham Cracker Crumbs (optional)
Directions

Put strawberries, milk, cheeses, lemon juice, sugar and ice to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice cubes if you desire.

Pour into two glasses and garnish with Graham Cracker crumbs.
