This is the perfect salad for fall/winter entertaining. It only has 5 ingredients and will make any spread look vibrant!

Ingredients

Fuyu persimmons, sliced into thin rounds or wedges

4 ounces
feta
-
1 ounce
cream cheese

1 teaspoon
fresh tarragon

1/4 cup
pomegranate seeds
Directions

Combine feta and cream cheese in a food processor and blend until creamy.

Spread whipped feta on a plate and layer with sliced persimmon.

Garnish with tarragon and pomegranate seeds.
