Author Notes: Spicemix used for some German breads, especially dark ones.Vera Kern

Makes: 1 small jar

  • 10 teaspoons whole caraway seeds
  • 6 teaspoons whole anise seeds
  • 6 teaspoons whole fennel seeds
  • 2 teaspoons whole coriander seeds
  1. Add all seeds to a spice grinder and roughly grind. The ratios are just a suggestion, you can change it to personal preferences.
