Turmeric Tahini Dressing

This dressing is SO good, like licking the bowl good. It gets creaminess from tahini, a bright kick from lemon juice and zest a little bit of sweetness from maple syrup and a beautiful anti-inflammatory kick from turmeric. You’ll want to put this on everything! The salad featured in this photo features shredded green cabbage, carrots, broccoli, roasted tofu, cilantro, sprouted mung beans and toasted pepitas. —Andrea Lane | The Nourishing Lane

  • Makes 3/4 cup
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • zest From 1 Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • pinch Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Water
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients except water into blender or bowl, while running blender or whisking, stream in water until smooth. Add more water until desired consistency is reached.
