Author Notes: This dressing is SO good, like licking the bowl good. It gets creaminess from tahini, a bright kick from lemon juice and zest a little bit of sweetness from maple syrup and a beautiful anti-inflammatory kick from turmeric. You’ll want to put this on everything! Makes: 3/4 cup
tablespoons Lemon Juice
From 1 Lemon
tablespoons Maple Syrup
teaspoon Ground Turmeric
- Add all ingredients except water into blender or bowl, while running blender or whisking, stream in water until smooth. Add more water until desired consistency is reached.
