A delicious homemade salsa recipe using stewed tomatoes, and kicked up with some jalapenos, garlic, and fresh cilantro. Adds superb flavor to tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and more.. —Dash of Amy

  • Makes 4 cups
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes, blended
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
In This Recipe
  1. Chop garlic, jalapenos, and cilantro in food processor.
  2. Add other ingredients and blend until desired consistency.
